What are all the parameters accounted for "Level Gauge (REFLEX)" Specification sheet/Data Sheet?

What are all the parameters accounted for "Level Gauge (REFLEX)" Specification sheet/Data Sheet?

The following parameters to be considered/accounted while preparing the Specification Sheet or Datasheet of "LEVEL GAUGE-REFLEX TYPE"

GAUGE

  1. TAG No.
  2. Service
  3. P&ID No.
  4. Technical Specification (Technical Specification - Instrumentation provided by client)
  5. Equipment No.
  6. Hazardous Area Classification
  7. Ingress Protection
  8. Type (Reflex, Magnetic...etc)
  9. Instrument Range (LRV/URV)
  10. Calibration Range (LRV/URV)
  11. Measured Length
  12. Scale Calibration
  13. Material Body/Chamber
  14. Process Connection Size/Rating/Facing
  15. Vent/Drain Connections
  16. Ruler Material
  17. Housing / Mounting Material
  18. Process Connection Location (Side/Side)
  19. Center to Center Distance (C to C)
  20. Heat Tracing (optional)
  21. Voltage (optional)
  22. Gauge Cocks
  23. Painting & Protection
  24. NACE Requirement
With the listed above, we need to get the process condition i.e process parameters from the "PROCESS" discipline as listed below
  1. Design Pressure Min/Max
  2. Operating Pressure Min/Max
  3. Design Temperature Min/Max
  4. Operating Temperature Min/Max
  5. Fluid /State - Upper/Lower
  6. Fluid Viscosity - Upper / Lower
  7. Fluid Density - Upper / Lower
With all the above Information one can prepare the Level Gauge Datasheet/Specification sheet.
Please note that all the above parameters are accounted as project experience. In addition to the above one need to follow the "Project Specification recommended"

Please write to ogtechengineering@gmail.com for any observations.

Thanks
