What are all the parameters accounted for "Level Gauge (REFLEX)" Specification sheet/Data Sheet?
The following parameters to be considered/accounted while preparing the Specification Sheet or Datasheet of "LEVEL GAUGE-REFLEX TYPE"
GAUGE
The following parameters to be considered/accounted while preparing the Specification Sheet or Datasheet of "LEVEL GAUGE-REFLEX TYPE"
GAUGE
- TAG No.
- Service
- P&ID No.
- Technical Specification (Technical Specification - Instrumentation provided by client)
- Equipment No.
- Hazardous Area Classification
- Ingress Protection
- Type (Reflex, Magnetic...etc)
- Instrument Range (LRV/URV)
- Calibration Range (LRV/URV)
- Measured Length
- Scale Calibration
- Material Body/Chamber
- Process Connection Size/Rating/Facing
- Vent/Drain Connections
- Ruler Material
- Housing / Mounting Material
- Process Connection Location (Side/Side)
- Center to Center Distance (C to C)
- Heat Tracing (optional)
- Voltage (optional)
- Gauge Cocks
- Painting & Protection
- NACE Requirement
With the listed above, we need to get the process condition i.e process parameters from the "PROCESS" discipline as listed below
- Design Pressure Min/Max
- Operating Pressure Min/Max
- Design Temperature Min/Max
- Operating Temperature Min/Max
- Fluid /State - Upper/Lower
- Fluid Viscosity - Upper / Lower
- Fluid Density - Upper / Lower
With all the above Information one can prepare the Level Gauge Datasheet/Specification sheet.
Please note that all the above parameters are accounted as project experience. In addition to the above one need to follow the "Project Specification recommended"
Please write to ogtechengineering@gmail.com for any observations.
Thanks
